Standard delivery costs are R120, unless discounted during a promotional period.
Delivery Process

All deliveries are made by our courier SWE; your delivery will be fully tracked with updates by email throughout the dispatch and delivery of your order. The SWE tracking number will be provided to in all email updates which can be tracked on the SWE website https://swe.pperfect.com/. You can also get updates on your order on the Teaology account portal.

Your order will be dispatched after your payment reservation has been approved and/or any other necessary verification has been completed. All orders will be dispatched on the business day that credit approval and/or other verifications are completed, unless the same takes place after 1:00pm, in which case the order will be dispatched on the following working day.

You will receive updated confirmation emails of the order process from Awaiting Payment to Complete. Once your order has been packed by our warehouse and is ready to ship, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email, alongside your SWE tracking reference number.

Delivery will be during normal business hours, Monday – Friday between 9am – 5pm. Your contact number will be provided to SWE to be in contact you, if any issues arise with the delivery of your parcel. If SWE are unable to get in contact with you, or deliver the parcel the parcel will be returned to Teaology South Africa head office and a customer service representative will be in touch to re-arrange the delivery.
