REFUND POLICY

For any returns you can contact us at info@alchemybd.co.za, so that we can evaluate the issue and process the return where it is applicable. In order to correctly evaluate the issue experienced, please include in your request:

  • Product/s being returned, name and barcode number
  • Name and contact number on the order
  • The purchase order or invoice number
  • Pictures of the returned products where applicable
  • Explanation of the issue and reason of return
  • Collection address
Returns Process:
Delivery Process

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will arrange collection at no charge through SWE. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. The return will be credited to your original payment method.

Some products sold on the Website contain active ingredients and some of these products can cause a mild irritation of the skin upon initial use thereof. If you have developed a more severe reaction to any of these products supplied by us, please contact our Customer Care team at info@alchemybd.co.za. An experienced staff member will endeavour to resolve any adverse reactions. Refunds on products causing an adverse reaction will be judged on an individual basis.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
  1. Products must have been purchased directly from us. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the store where purchased.
  2. Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.
Exchanges

Once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item on our site.
